Guy this has been talked about over and over again. I owned a built 95 tsi and now I have a 2005 evo. The motor will not fit even with a lot of fabrication. They are both 4g63 but in actuality they use different but similar blocks. The evo motor is 180 degrees backwards compared to the motor that is in a dsm. THe engine mounts are also different. It would be pointless because a built dsm motor and a built evo motor and going to roughly make the same amount fo power. Evo's just have better tuning capabilites.
