I would have picked Xylene, but yeah do this, easiest if you dont have race gas available and it's heavy on the octane

That's terrible advice. Even on the stock tune, 87 will pop that motor in no time at full boost. Please don't say stuff like this...

octane booster if u read the small print it does really nothing at all. 1 bottel will raise the octane about 1. and thats only for 1 gallon of gas!

Um.. yeah, you'll blow up the motor after the 3rd WOT pull. I get significant knock using 91 octane. I'd hate to see what would happen, rather, how fast the motor will blow up, on 87.

If you stay out of boost, you'll be fine. I would just go put in some 93 octane everyday.

And in NJ, you can't fill up yourself, some attendent has to.

on stock tune you get knock using 91?

i highly doubt that... The car was originally tuned from the factory to deal with these types of mistakes.

huh.. funny how i got 8-12 counts using 91 octane on the stock tune. By the way, the cars are tuned from the factory for 98 RON, which equals ~93.1 octane in the US.
