That's wonderful, but it has nothing to do with reporting accidents.

if the dealership was not informed of an accident and carfax dosnt report it there is nothing they will do. you had the walk around the car to point some stuff out, if no mention was made of it the dealership will find a way out of it. i know cause the ***ks i got my car from did the same thing. it sux but it is a used car, go get a cf trunk and you will be set sorry dude

Does the car drive fine? Trunk leak? From the look of the tails the car had work done so maybe they are right about the cf trunk.

+1
A good body shop can spot if something was replaced, takin off or repainted. NO matter how well the job was done.

Cause with out seeing the car in person its hard to tell from ur pics...it could of been bumped and he just never got it fixed and just repalced the bumper or he had CF trunk and jdm rear bumper on it and just slapped the stocks on, and traded it in. i really think one of those 2 things are what happened...if it was hit hard and he had it fixed 1. i really think something should of came up on car fax 2. MOST body shops dont do shoty work on insurance work. (but its possible)

well, i went to a body shop, guy says he dont think it was in an accident, but there is like one small "chip" or something on the inside like where hte taillight meets the quarter panel...

went to dealer, and yes, there was nothing i can do, it was used...after an hour of arguing...i knew i wsan't going to get anywhere, I actually called an attorney office prior to going and they said there was nothing i could do already..so i knew this :P, but still pursued anyway, because hey, wahts the worst that can happen...what i winded up doin was stripping the car i traded in, i got off the radio, system out of it and HID"s, and 2 free oil changes, whip de do!
