Stock Boost guage problem...

Hey guys, something is wrong with my stock boost guage and i can not figure it out.... Every time i start the car it works fine but after a while i stops showing vacum but only boost.... I have a auto boost controller (Turbostart E-boost2) and its guage works perfectly fine even after the stock one stops showing vacum... I checked all the line and they seem fine. Everything is capped like it should be and i can not figure it out. This started happening a few weeks after i had the boost controller installed..... Any ideas will be graetly appreciated. Thanks

No idea why, take it to the dealer and have them replace it.

proably has something to do with your ebc. turn it off or unhook it to see if your stock boost gauge goes back to normal

You have problem in how the EBC is passing vacuum to the stock gauge. Im thinking that the solenoid or pinch valve is not set right and is not allowing signal to be released after a period of boost.

Under vacuum you are showing correct level then when boost is hit after a few minutes and you go back to vacuum conditions the pressurized air to the gauge cant exit past the EBC properly and is trapped showing a "0" or even boost reading.

Look for debris in the line from the gauge to the EBC. Follow the instructions on how to re set the EBC or adjust the solenoid or pass through to the gauge. This should fix it.

i willl try it and i hope it fixes it.... The line that goes in the stock boost guage is totaly from a different vacum line.... thats what looks a bit odd but it deffinetely has something to do with the ebc.. thanks for the input.
