HKS BOV idle problem
There is no need to VTA, It just causes more problems than benefits. There will always be a few people who don't think they have problems, but that is really just a perception because it doesn't stall for whatever reason at idle and low loads.
I do have an HKS SSQV on my car, I run it VTA, I also run a blowthrough MAF so the metering issue isn't a problem, but with my stock turbo it would surge, flutter and buck periodically, especially while cruising, and those were issues specific to how it vents air and not the metering. Experimenting with a stock MAF installed pretty much resulted in frequent stalling, fireballs out the tailpipe, and all sorts of other drivability problems. Its just not worth the trouble.

no but if ur willing to get rid of it for free, gimme.
u guys forgot to mention the APS BOV. heard it runs better than stock. now thats excellent.
i wish HKS would make a built in fin with the recirc kit so it can still be just as loud, just blowing into the intake pipe so people wouldnt opt to vta for the noise.
