no it doesn't!

 

Actually I've had similar problem with my 3rd gear. And my car is completly stock ix 5spd. It will have slight grind if I make decently quick shift from 2nd to 3rd while staying off boost. But it won't grind if I'm shifting above near 4k rpm.
So i figured it's something I can live with, since I just had to shift a bit slower (.5sec maybe). But now i'm gettin worried.. maybe i'll take it in to a dealer.. What you guys think?
