Have him show a pic from the back view were the center caps and holes for the wheel studs lock on. If they have stamped( like ce28ns have in the front) in between the holes for the wheel studs ( part of rim that touches the rotor when mounted) it should say rays eng. foged monoblock or something like that. then they are true volk wheels if not then they are knockoffs.
