magnesium TE-37 on Ebay

Check this tool out. He bought some wheels of Ebay last week for 200. Brand is unknown. I bought the exact same wheels for the same vendor two weeks ago. Not really sure who made them. They are 17lbs each for 18s, so they may very well be magnesium. Anyway I saw that this second set was being relisted by new owner for 3500, claiming they are TE37 wheels.

I reported this guy to ebay this morning. they haven't done anything yet. You can see in the two listings that he just added the volk spec sticker to the rims.

here is the auction where he got them.

What erks me is I messaged the guy to remove the auction before I reported him to ebay. I just got a message from the guy and he is completely denying it. Here is the message I got from him.

What the hell are you talking about? I HAVE these wheels in my possession right now!!! I bought them from a JDM consignment store here in So-Cal. How are you going to tell me that they arent Volk Wheels? You have got some gusto to message me like that. You say you "have the first set that was auctioned", but what are you refering to? They arent these wheels I guarantee that. Please explain yourself.

What this tool doesn't know is I bought the same set of wheels form the same isoldit store.

If anyone knows who actually made these wheels that would be nice to know. The isoldit store can only tell me what the owner said about the wheels. I cant read japanese but you can clearly read the tag from the last auction link.

Strange. The original auction shows them in Work boxes.
It doesn't show the sticker on the wheel blank saying they are Rays.

However, his new auction shows a rays sticker with the sizing + offset
18x7? Something smells like my buttcrack.

I have a set of the regular LE-37's. They don't look like that . Mine are 18x8.5 and say volk right on the wheel.

I'll post pictures of the real Mag wheels in Dark blue and my set of volks.

P.S. And the mag wheels are like 12.5 lbs in 18x8.5
