Anyone know if they are having issues with phones or somethings going on with company? I've been trying to reach them for 5 days, calling in about hmm...5x a day 1PM EST - 9PM EST time, trying to place some orders! I was successful once, a week ago ordering the Nisei Battery kit. I don't know if they are too busy to pick up the phone? I get the answering machine every single time. Thanks in advance!

Is there something only they sell that you need? Many vendors are available to fill the void of one who doesn't answer the phone...

 

i had a similar problem with them but someone picked the phone eventually... and i THINK it's a cell phone... and i found out my item was backordered.... well i got my item after some delay but i think they should've called me and told me that my item is on back order....

 

Yeah...haha i seriously need a dedicated shop. I want to order parts, maybe get a decent price through phone instead of paying the website's crazy retail price.

I think that you can still order the Nissei stuff directly from Nissei. Otherwise, order the Buschur Racing Race Intercooler, and don't lose sleep.

Some good news: Nisei has told me the intercoolers are almost done and ready to be released to me. I have A LOT of people on a list so if you want one just order it on our online store. Your card wont be charged until the item ships. You can cancel the order at any time if you don't want to wait.
