Holy Smokes, this thread is old! We have changed designs like 10x since this picture

Trimming of the bumper beam if your going 4"+
Bumper Cover trimming on the 4"+
Minor trimming on the bracket that holds the mesh screen on with any intercooler.

That's about it. factory under tray bolts right up.

sweet, thanks for the quick reply. so if i go with the 3.5" on a 05 evo 8, I won't need to trim the bumper beam or even the bumper? i just might have to get rid of the middle front mesh?

edit: i'm guessing that the 3" would be able to fit behind the grills. i just wonder if it would be able to support up to 600 WHP?

Go with the 3.5" intercooler. You won't lose the mesh, just trim a bracket that holds the mesh on.
