jeebus... Whenever you use meth, or any other type of power enhancer for that matter, there are always trade-offs and risks. There is nothing you can do to the car that will not have some sort of adverse effects. If you are afraid to blow up your motor, do not use meth. period

I'm not suprised at what happened. It sucks, but that's what can happen. Any time you add power to a motor, you're going to reduce the life expectancy of the powertrain. If I were to slap a GT35R to my car even with a proper tune... I'm not going to expect the engine's internals to last as long as they would if it were running the stock turbo and stock boost levels. Couple that with beating on the car with a few too many max blast runs... and the engine can go poof at any time... under a load or not.

This type of stuff is why our Evo's are the #1 highest rated cars to insure. They get modded to high hell, things break, some of you guys think that you can cheat the system by returning things to stock are entitled to a new engine, and the rest of us have to pay for your croockedness. Nice advice guys... real classy. What sucks it that you'll keep thinking it's okay and keep screwing us over. Thanks.

I bet you wouldn't be so happy if somebody stole your friggin car from you and then bragged about it. That's what you did, you are a liar and a cheat, and you stole from Mitsubishi. You are typical. You are proud of it too. Your type will do well in life. Good luck, you're going to need it. Karma can be a *****.

Can someone explain to me how the meth is the cause at the speed he was going when the motor blew? Also, how would a more expensive (better?) meth kit besides SMC prevent this from happening? If meth destroys rod bearings, does it really matter what kit you have?
