Just curious to see other people's personal goals and reasons for modding their evos. For me i guess it's a little for bragging rights, and the fact that there is a guy that lives in my town that owns a viper and seems to think that there's no way in hell an evo could ever keep up with it. I've tried to tell him about All the very high hp evo's out there and he refuses to believe. So im just waiting for the day that i can show him and others out there that there is alot of power that can come out of our cars.

I dont even race my car, i have never been to the drag strip with it or drive around looking for a race. In fact I drive my car so little that I dont even remember the last time I got to hand someone their ***. But I do know that I drive one of the baddest cars of my time and that my 400whp, 4-banger would kill pretty much anything else on the street. Oh and it is a good hobby.

....

I go to the gym to get myself in shape and lose weight. There's nothing competitive about it

As for me, I need a hobby. Car parts are more expensive than other hobbies, but it's a lot healthier than computers/gaming and won't scare people off like trains or pokemon or whatever.

Faster cars...

$ per unit of speed is a high ratio in favor of speed in the evo....
