Dude, you don't have to sand nothing. No hairspray..lol. Find yourself some T-bolt clamps and clamp that **** down. I had the same problem but where my LICP merges with my intercooler. Never had the problem til I started modding and turning up the boost.

I t-bolt clamped every place where those cheap hose clamps were located. Never has popped off again.

Make sure you clamp it down nice and good so you don't loose your t-bolt clamp if the hose would come off the TB.

dont bother tightening those cheap clamps, they pop off on me all the time ...got t bolt and never had an issue...only thing iwth tbolt is it never felt like it would get real tight and there would always be slack.....so just be careful not to overtighten

Tbolts or Constant Torque clamps. Constant Torques are used in semis with much more boost pressure.

got a tbolt clamp, cranked the daylights out of it, and the issue seems to be solved.

I backed it off a little and re-tightened more carefully, and I believe it should now still be ok, without risking cracking the TB.

BTW, why the hell do we have coolant running through the TB? to heat the air back up after in comes out of the IC???

We have opposite problems.

You can't keep the hose on your pipe.

I can't keep the ho's off my pipe.
