Hit a FAT Raccoon - Need LIP aka Air Dam help
Well the other night around 5am this crazy *** fat raccoon decided he was really bored and his card came up when he ran straight into the front left of my bumper. He was successful in taking out some of the clips that hold the air dam up before he got a fresh Falken RT-615 255 wide print across his dome that was applied at about 80MPH.
I was wondering if anyone knows if those clips are replaceable, and if so the part number. I looked through the service manual but I couldn't find any information on it.
Any help would be great. I did a search and people doing ghetto fixes like glue and epoxy to fix it. I want to do it right and get new clips and etc.
If there is no real fix, I guess it's time to file a claim for a whole new bumper but would rather not do it as it's in great shape just needs 3 new clips it looks like.

The lip was meant to be a sacrificial piece. That's why the mounting points rip off. Some of them can be reglued. You'll have to take off the bumper to do it. The only product that's going to work is 3M Scotch-Weld DP8005. Its tough to find, its expensive, and it has a limited shelf life. There is a place online called the Binding Source that sells it is the small quantity that you need. It says no sanding is needed when using the product, but I still recommend roughening up the surfaces if possible.
