Wash - When dirty, usually weekly
Oil - 3 months or 2,500 miles (Mobil 1)
Trasnfer case - at 25,000 so far (Diaqueen fluid)
Transmission - at 15,000 (BG II) and 28,000 (MT90)
Rear Diff - at 25,000 (Diaqueen)
Brakes - at 20,000 (Hawk HPS)
Clutch - stock - Hopefully for a while longer too! (In the market for an Exedy or ACT)

Miles on car - 28,600 exactly

(How about coolant? I've never done it yet. It's never required, but recommended.)

Washed - maybe once a week...maybe.

Oil - Mobil1 till about 10k ago now Amsoil. Changed every 5k going to go 7.5k with the Amsoil (checking carefully at 5k-7.5k)

Tcase and diff - 20k, 30k, 50k, 65k. Depends on racing. Tcase/rear diff has OE fluids. Trans had BGI for 10k (fluid didnt make it 8k before breaking down). Now has Amsoil Trans fluid in there.

Pads - 20k for OE (those sucked) --> GranSport 6s till 55k (didnt race much) --> GranSport 5s till 65k (2 races and lots of street driving) -- now on Hawk HT-10s (awesome pad by-the-way! cant wait for another track day).

Clutch - Took the OE out at 20kish and put in a ACT HDSS. Never raced on the OE - hated the feel.

Miles - 66980 somethingish.

What about tires? Head gaskets? Belts?

Tires: 2 sets, (summer/race)- OE till 15k --> Sumitomo HTR ZIIs till 55k (sold to a friend) --> now on Falken RT615s

(winter/driving) Kuhmo ASX

Head gaskets - once last summer (justed changed the gasket - no head decking) and another one this summer (head developed a warp). Now on a Pwr 1.2mm + decked the head.

Belts - timing belts and whatnot at 60k.

No - logged the TT tune the other day - no knock.

1st time was due to running 25-26psi at the dragway. The headstuds stretched and caused the HG to die. We straight-edged the head when it was off. Did not see any issues. So I put it back on.

2nd time - about 10k later. Head gasket blew over a coolant passage on cyl 4 - causing my coolant to get boost pressure and exit the rad. Sent the head over to a good machine shop - decked it due to the warp over cyl 4. Was not bad, but just enough to give me massive issues. PwrE 1.2mm is a better HG and more insurance.

Lessons learned - deck it anyway.

If you're VIII is used and it's warrarty is up...take it to a place you trust...you might want to bring the t-case/diff and Tranny fluids you want to use with you, just so you know what they are using.

You'll definitely get raped if you bring it to a dealership...but that is recommened if you are still under warranty

-Exedy Twin plate clutch, good for thrust bearings, and lasts forever.
-Tranny oil every 6000 miles (Pennzoil synchroshift or BG Synchroshift II)
-Transfer case and rear diff oil every 6000 miles (OEM fluid)
-AMSOIL 10w30 turbo formulation engine oil every 3000 miles
-Air filter every 10,000 miles
-Coolant every 10,000 miles
-Pads depend on my driving habits. I do alot of country road driving that go through bads very quickly.
