Now, if the key had something like bluetooth so the car recognized it and you did not have to insert it, then that would be different.
the C6 vette's have a chip'd remote where you just have to be like 20 feet from it. very cool. id like to find a junked out vette and intagrade it in my evo

I had a panel of these for my nitrous setup in my Eclipse. They are nice but expensive. Ignited has a switch designed for starting applications.

These are soo FatF...

Honestly though, I actually had one in my Eclipse a long time ago. I got it from their booth at the SEMA IAS 2000 show in Pomona, even before they had their distribution network set up in the US.

Anyways, it was fun for a while, but the novelty soon wore off and I rarely used it after. The Ignited kit is of good quality though, so if you want to get one I'd recommend it.

Your IX doesn't have one. It came on the 03 VIII's. It was found on the center console near the parking brake.

Thats because thats NOT a start button just a theft deterent thats all. It IS double work if thats what the person considers a start button

i don't know, my car starts with only that button. So that is why i called it start button.
And actually is written on it " Engine start".

this has been done b4, jackie chen's evo has one, and also Ralliart's demo evo has the Red Engine Start button kit that is located next the the air vent by the driver.
