P.S. My gal seems torn on the Evo. I insist I bought it to haul the child (which it does), but she continues to wonder why I want to mod it so much. So she thinks I bought it for myself.

My at the time girlfriend helped me put on headers and a supercharger on my 5.0 back in the day. She also would change her own oil....she changed my slave cylinder and brake pads one day when I was at work. She can also hang ceiling fans, put up wooden fences, etc etc That at the time girlfriend is now my wife
She is more technical then most guys I know sometimes she makes me feel dumb

my wife game the same "looks like a riced out civic" and "that wing...gross". Now its "whats wrong with it this time" or "you need tires again"or "what are you buying now for YOUR car".... followed by the "I told you so"

When I was single I gave a couple rides to these girls an they all loved it thought it was sexy blah blah blah. Now my present girlfriend at first said it was "ok"? Then 1 night she had the nerve to spot a SRT-4 and said wow that cars hot! Im like? You think it evos ok and yet the SRT is hot? lol not that im hating on SRT's theres some that are sweet. Then she spotted a STi and was like hey theres ur car! I just stared at her with the WTF look lol..........Evos rule!!! FTW
Then she'd probably report me for animal abuse

I think the girl that didnt like the evo was one whos dad owned a toyota based performance shop and she thought ALTEZZA'S were cooler (I rasberryed her in the face)
