I went out to a family outing with some friends this past sunday afternoon, we had a great time and all and ate a lot. Most of the guests were admiring my car as it was parked in the driveway, but on the way home, I gave a ride home to 4 skinny Asian girls..... 3 of them liked how my car performed, but one of them was like when your Tubo spools, it goes **hisssssssss** sounds real loud, the car vibrates....I dont like it.....

I was wondering how you guys deal with the hate? I thought that BOOST=SEX=SEXY

 

my wife, upon first sight of the evo (months before i bought one) commented that she thought it looked like a riced out civic. OUCH!

I dealt with it by buying one i guess... and i think that now she knows better.

 

i would be like "how u getting home?"

I've had my car for a year and my wife has never even stepped foot in mine. I can't use the go walk line on her cuz it would be a frying pan right to the chops.

 

at first girls think the car is "cute" but you take them for a ride and is a different story from there , so far for me every single girl that has been in my evo has loved it

 

the hsss is annoying. i dont like it either.

First comment I get from people usually involves Fast and the Furious, especially from older people. But I haven't gotten any bad comments on the car. Everyone just wants to know what kind of car it is and gives me a complement.

 

Everybody from the gf's friends to coworkers to 13-year-old kids always make fun of me for driving such an ugly car. But I still love it!

I would have used those Brembos and drop that skinny little b*tch of in the middle of the road...... J/K....actually i would not give a sh*t about what others think of my EVO.

 

I am surprised the one girl didn't show the love. All the girls I go out with and take for rides in the Evo love the big turbo and the way it sounds with the external wastegate. Also they love the feeling of getting sucked back in the seat during acceleration. GT35R at 28PSI + Meth =
