We installed DLI II 2 days ago and there is a problem with it.
i tested it on the highway and at full throtle it cuts something. but not every full throtle. when the peak comes it makes this. car cuts itself and didnt go.
i gived it to the dealer and tried another dli and the same things.
what can it be ?

Most likely the install is not grounded well enough.

Let me go snap some pics for you real quick.

 

I had to open up the DLI mounting hole a bit for it to fit on the 12mm bolt. The unit is mounted to a factory grounding point right under the Blue H where the AC lines run. It's one 10mm bolt I believe and other wires are grounded to it.

Hooking up to the coilpacks is easy, it only fits one way.

i installed it again like yours JordanS4. and changed my battery. it's better now. but sometimes(full throttle at 3000rpm @ 6th gear when the peak comes) it cuts a little. but i think its not a big problem.

 

I have ECUTEK. I didnt remapped after DLI. can it be the problem ?
