If you're married or on a tight budget I would recommend looking at the private used and vendor for sale ads first before ordering everything brand new. It could end up saving you a lot of money. Also, depending on where you live, you could check out socalevo.net or norcalevo.net and look at their for sale ads as well. Some of the sellers there are willing to ship, so you might find some bargains that way.

For the simple mods, you might want to try and do the installs yourself. It will save you money on labor and you will learn more about your car and how everything is put together.

Can't go wrong with Buschur Racing. You'll hear mixed reviews of vishnu though.

As for your fuel pump, you have a IX and the IX fuel pump flows more than the VIII. You'll be fine until you're ready to do your cams. If you want to change it out now you can, as a safety issue but you don't need it quite yet.

Vishnu is good, but overpriced, IMO. Buschur parts are ok and are reasonable priced. Personally I would go with an AMS custom tune if you're anywhere near Chicago.

AMS, buschur, theyre all good. I like the JUNbl exhaust myself. Inexpensive, fully polished ss, and vband connections. An ecu flash is probably the most worth-while modification imo.
