Stupid Problem with my new IX

So a little while back I picked up an Evo. I've got about 4600 miles on it, and the other night I'm rolling up my windows, and I turn off the car. I look to my right and my passenger side window didn't make it all the way up. Annoyed with myself I turn the electrical back on and roll it up...
Little did I realize that the passenger side window is now noticeably slower than my driver's side window. It seems to be sticking, or binding in some way, the motor makes a discernibly different noise as it raises the window, lowering the window doesn't seem to be as different.
To answer some easy questions, I visually inspected the weather stripping, and it isn't damaged or folded to any degree that I can see. I'm obviously going to play with it, see if cleaning the window, wetting the thing, will fix it up.
Seems to me, worst case scenario my passenger side window motor is bad. Is this common? Has anyone had a problem like this with their Evo? I'm pretty shocked to be honest, this seems like a stupid, but very frustrating problem...

It should be slower but not significantly slower. If you hear binding and such stop rolling the window up before you damage something. Take it to the dealership now.

Filter --> The speed difference between passenger and driver side is still a problem whether the car is running or not. It hasn't always done this.
BBS --> I would rather see if there is something else going on, I hate taking it to the dealer, they scratched it last time, but it seems more and more like what I should do.

That's normal. Nothing is wrong with your window. The passenger side window is just slightly slower.

It's not unique to the Evo. It's been like that on several Japansese cars that I have owned.

Unless your doing window mods you should be able to get them to look at it no matter what.

I'd love a window mod to shoot the window up in 3 seconds, instead of like 7. :-D
