I had this wierd thing happen the other day. I was stopping to pay a toll and while I was apply the brakes windshield washer fluid came out of the driver side port. It happened about three times. I don't no the connection between the two systems. I did not have my hand near the lever on the steering wheel.
All I can think is that the reservoir might of been too full.

maybe the pump is losing strength and allowing some fluid to get by which when you hit the brakes the enertia of the fluid still moving forward and would or might cause it to squirt

just a thought who knows im not real sure
