As far as the ACD goes, its for ****...i mean all the testing done in the mags and the times are almost always identical....im not saying it doesnt work just wonder how practical it really is.

I have a 9 and AM happy with the larger turbo and the addition of MIVEC. But with some mods the 8's and lower can acheive the same HP and TRQE for just a bit more money

im still loving it

i still love my evo8, no mechanic problems yet and its all stock with 33k miles. the only problems is my drivers side hid assembly is not working right or i need to replace the whole assembly (thats what the dealership told me) and the fuel and temp gauge lights is burn out. i would never trade my evo8, but i plan to get evox when it comes out.

This makes no sense, if anything when it comes to high horsepower they are dead even.

It's like asking a ferrari 360 owner if they are satisfied now that there's a 430 out- same car just a little tweak here and there and facia changes but all things considered, it's the same car. I have an 03 VIII and at the meet Saturday I was the only VIII there. I like the uniqueness of the car and its not as techie

I really like how the 03 & 04 models came with HID's stock, a 30k car should have HIDs stock. The stock lights on my 05 were nice but I changed them out quickly for some 6k HIDs.

Some say the non acd equipped cars are easier to track, Ive only driven mine so couldnt tell you. You guys have the first USDM evo 8 and I have the last one

respect to the 03 owners with under 50k miles, im about to hit 52k

03 owner with 96k now. Making 280 wheel (mustang dyno) and drive it A LOT! Been phenomenal. Bulletproof, takes beatings, and just keeps going. I love it.

Plus I like the intercooler spray, nicer finish window trim, and oh **** handles that don't feel like they're going to snap off.

love the car, wish i had the diffs in the car, but when i rebuild the TC the lsd will pop right inside. not a problem. Love the car! hasn't had a single problem, i'm convinced the 03s were dumbed down just enough that its indestructable now
