Grinding/rubbing noise coming from front end..

So Wednesday we are out tuning my car and i slow down to do a few pulls ride around 25-30 mph and i notice something making a weird noise coming from my front divers side wheel. It almost sounds like a rock or something is caught in my pad or in the caliper. So i do a few quick stops to maybe try to shake loose watever it is and doesnt work keeps makin that noise only till about 35mph and it goes away. Pulled wheel off checked around caliper nothing. checked brake pad looked good. checked around the rotor its fine. So i get my air chuck out and blow air in my caliper and around my pad to see if anything comes flyin out well nothing. So take it back out still doing it. Pulled wheel off again and sprayed brake cleaner all around there. Drove it again still there.

For any of you guys that have done a brake job about wat percent do the wear indicators on the brembos start making noise. i have about 40-50% pad left i thought maybe it was them making it do that. Any suggestions answers be great. Im not letting this ruin me going to the DSM Shootout so i can actually see wat my car runs lol. Any help this morning and tommrrow be great!!

My car was doing that the other day, found out from my recent clutch job the torque on the hub/axle nut was off by about 10 ft/lbs. Basically just enough to make a really annoying / scary noise.

Its not normal but sometimes the back side pad will wear out faster and you may not be able to see it with out taking the whole dang thing off... check that if it dont go away just be aware if it is grinding it can or all ready destroy your rotor. GL
