Thank You Tom ... it's always great to have a vendor take the time to explain their products. When it comes time for my turbo purchase ... I will be sure to call you so we can go over my options!!

The turbos they use are not the problem. Rather the exhaust housing they use which is very inefficent and forces the air in at a bad angle. Plus anything over a 30 series I have yet to see a happy result from. It looks like a killer setup because you can retain your stock manifold but the lack of flow in their exhaust housing will greatly limit you.

A local guy had a ATP 3076 kit and put down right around 350 whp. It is not unusual to see a 3076 with a tubular manifold and a Garrett based exhaust housing supporting over 400whp. Plus his car spooled up around 5k rpm which is very bad as I am sure you can imagine. We look into porting this kit but after seeing the design it could not be helped. At least it has a Garrett turbo...

Thanks Joe'sevo8, nice of you to chime in.

Everything he said I agree with. The larger A/R turbine housing is where the bigger top end comes from when changing to the header, I believe this is true more so than the header vs cast manifold.
