Easiest way would be to disable fuel pump.Just make sure you do not put switch in a place like under the dash, put in a harder place to find. Over 50% of car breakins/ thefts are by someone who KNOWS you.If they know you have a switch to kill power to fuel pump you might as well not even put one in

Are these cars able to be hotwired? I know it is impossable to drive a SRT4 (my last car) without the key. I would have thought all cars would have this type of feature now.

easiet way would be to what run a switch extended to the back rear seat to the main fuel pump power wire , i think that would drain voltage going to the fuel pump if some one knows a closer location of the fuel pump possibly under the dash or off one of the main harnesses

Why are you in need of a kill switch? The Evo cannot be hotwired, and no one can start your car without the key matched to the ECU.

They'll bring their own ECU and match it w/ the KEY and they out.

Just put a switch in line to the power to your fuel pump. Easy, inexpensive, and effective. I would probably mount the switch in an ashtray if you don't smoke. Otherwise under the dash. Somewhere out of plain sight but easy to reach if you're getting out of the car.

BTW it IS Possible to steal the SRT-4 w/o a key. If man can build it. It can be unbuilt.
