I think it a failsafe for the bumper / undertray in case of contact with road hazards. I've lost two so far.

Same problem here to.I ended up using a self threading screw in the wheel well.You really can't see it too much.Mine broke when I was trying to push part of my Zero Lift kit back in place and it broke off.Its fine for now.

wow... can i join the club.. my passenger side front lip seems lower too... couldnt figure out why.

time to take this to corporate.... lol. this is BS eh.

people - keep tossing out your complaints. my dealership claims they can't fix it; they have to replace the entire lip... yeah right.

I noticed this on mine a week or two ago also. 3M double sided tape fixed it. Don't mess with superglue, that will just get messy... get some double sided tape.

my lip is low to.. i used super glue to it but now its alil messy and i cant get the super glue off the bumper!

now the driver's side is falling off.... good God.

can somebody who replied above tell me where they put the double-stick tape, how much they used, and if it held in place ok? it seems that tape wouldn't keep the lip up enough for a good fitment; closing body part gap.

Replacing the entire lip is the correct fix. Should be warrantied, but most likely it wouldn't be. They are not that expensive though.
