If you are not too confident in your tuning ability then I would either educate myself or rely on sombody else to do it. As far as downloading ECUFlash I have already posted that site. There are numerous how-to's, including the one in my signature (Mellon Tuning), that will walk you through the procedures. It's not rocket science. I was a little apprehensive when I started this as well, but just use the how-to's and you can't go wrong.
