Hairspray for LICP?!?!

Hey guys i just bought a Buscher LICP from a fellow EvoM member and will be installing soon. I will be using T-clamps and heard that using hairspray will make it stick even more?! is this true? How would you use it? Where do I spray? LOL I just dont want the thing blowing off and lose it on the freeway thanks guys!

i dunno about intercooler pipes but it works awesome on my quad grips. Sounds right to me.

Where do you spray it? just before you put the couplers on? the ends?

You spray the hairspray on the areas that the couplers will be touching. Once it dries, it's like glue. I know a few people who do this.

So you spray and then put the couplers on ? Or do you spray, wait till it drys, then put the couplers on? lol.

give it a minute to get tacky but not totally dry. if this makes sense to you.

wow! cool thax for the info- cause my couplers keep creepin closer to the edge and I have keep adjusting. I think its cause im running 30 psi tho.

And another thing, once you get everything back together, dont go ***** to the wall right away to test it out...Let the car get warm and start off slow then get on it..
