Evo to NSX? What to do?
I don't know about a RED NSX. While it was always labeled as an "affordable supercar," its maintenance fees are still pretty steep to a regular guy. One of my college friends bought a black '95 NSX during his senior year (took a year off of school before to work for Microsoft and saved up quite a bit), and one of the things he always hated was the fact that the tires, particularly in the rear, always wore out fast (less than 10K miles), even when just driving like a normal person, and this has been stated in various long-term reviews. But he added headers and exhaust, and that thing sounded mean.
In my opinion, it's not worth it, especially with the first motor (3.0-liter V-6). It's a nice car and can definitely handle well on a track, but it's just dated. Even if you get a good deal, if it's your daily driver, your maintenance fees will rack up much faster than they did for your Evo.

Don't get me wrong I love my car, I wouldn't have drove it for the last three years if I didn't like it.
If it were the later year NSXs (97 onwards) with the 3.2 V6 and six speed tranny (I believe the 3.0 only had a 5 speed) then I MAY consider going for it. You have to remember that maintaining an NSX can get very expensive and physically difficult in some cases given the transverse mid-engine layout. Also, insuring it can be expensive given that it's categorized as an exotic vehicle. What would be your purpose for getting an NSX? Is it to fulfill one of your car fantasies? Is it to attract the ladies? (which I doubt since you're getting married) Is it for the track?
Given that early year NSXs can still fetch low 20s in the used car market, I would rather spend that money on a slightly used S2000 or possibly an STI or another EVO. But it's your car and your decision so either way you go, enjoy the vehicle!

if you're getting married then i would say stay with the evo..
you cant haul groceries and or kids in a nsx. Also being in PA, the awd system of the evo will be very useful.

oh and on the comptech supercharger comment not to bust ya bubble but comptech went out of business
I was considering one a while back but I found some bad things about the earlier models while doing some research. I would go for a 94+. The earlier models had a problem with the tranny breaking a snap ring requiring a new tranny. Like stated before mods are not cheap. They are small inside and I would not consider it a everyday car.
