your first mistake was taking the car off the impound lot. should have started handling it with a police report, and your insurance company right then and there. this is not the dealerships fault, its the towing company.

knowing what this car went through, and how it wasnt handled correctly, i would stay away from this thing with a 10ft pole. no amount of money would get this poor evo in my driveway.

lastly, what were these 1k per wheel magnesium wheels from japan.....

I am having a tough time understanding your wheel situation.
You had no money and poor condition summer tires and rimes, so you decided to pay for 2 good winter tires to be mounted on known bent rims?
When you mixed and matched wheels and tires, were they the same size? (this can cause significant damage on an AWD car).

If your car was towed and they tires did not rotate, you would have a flat spot that would make the car nearly undriveable; Not after a few weeks, but immediately.

Your steering column vibrates, but always to the right first? And what does your radio have to do with this?

A contingency lawyer, at least a decent one, would not take this case. 30% of almost nothing is 2/3 less than almost nothing.

If this is your best attempt at explaing facts and seeking help, you will be seen as generally negligent... and God help you because no judge would listen to this rant.

First: Why exactly was your car impounded in the first place? Was it a mistake or legit?

Second: Did you ever look at your car, Bald tires, bent wheels...It should'nt take the dealer pointing these things out.

Sorry to sound like a downer, but your story is'nt put together well.

please if you can't answer the mech questions, please give an honest answer about the condition of the car and its worth... thats the main one im not gonna get jack if i can't prove that an evo is worth anything..

Since you have already filed a claim with your insurance company and they have paid I doubt you will have any recourse with the towing company. Even if you do sue the towing company they would not pay you any damages if anything they will have to refund your insurance company. You handle things wrong from the get go and a fear it is too late for you to do anything. I would not waste your time or the lawyers time and money for that matter persuing this this.
