id deff get her insurance involved.. make them give u a check.. what u can also do is call her and tell her if she dont want her insurance involved to write u a check for like 700bucks and u wont report it..

 

I had a 5-mph fender bender back when the car was stock...woman made some nice creases in my OZ bumper and lip. Also underneath it snapped/broke most/all of the little support things for the bumper.

Her insurance sent me like $7xx for everything...I bought a touch pen $11.xx and paid bills with the remainder. LOL

but if u live in a bigger city cops dont like to come to lil fender benders cuz they have more important stuff to worry about.. if u can still drive it fine and nobody hurt then cops just say get each others info and be on ur way..

Yea the cops won't come out if it's just a minor accident, but that sucks, no doubt.
