granted it was clearly Simon's fault - but he makes really good points.

i can't believe there was such a slow car on the track. - that was just an accident waiting to happen IMHO.

1st of all this was not a time attack session on which this incident happened, it was a race championship in which cars of all power levels are allowed out on the track at the same time.
as you can tel its not a wise move letting 4 evo's out with around 600hp as crashes do happen,
just a case of in the wrong place at the wrong time for both cars,

simons car 600hp the pug he hit is around 120hp and the speed difference is just mad
the driver of the pug tried to move over to let the faster cars through but the understeer and momentum just took simons car into the side of the smaller powered car.

it is happening all the time. Nothing to do with poor driving skill. More like poor judgement.
Well, first we need to know what is "poor driving skill". And who say so, to who.
Schumi and Tommi or Mcrae wrack cars too.

as far as i saw it, the red car was in the out side ,probably let the faster cars passing.But didn't realize it, more then 2 car want to pass... Specially norris evo was in the blind spot that time.I can be wrong ,but it's common thing.
i would call it even. Since ones you give an opening then stay there untill clear/even slow down a bit/ ... other hand, he should expect that car coming from out side., so keep it in sight.
