Spray your friend with febreeze next time before he gets in your car. And make him ride in the back seat.

I have an IX SE with the suede seats. How does one clean those or... well... remove a smell, b/c i know that type of material is a ***** to maintain. and on that topic how do you guys clean those? just vacuum?

anyways hope you can help my smelly problem rofl...

I can simpathize with you. I bought my IX MR used and the guy before me have allowed his sweat to f**kin soak into the seats. It smells horrible. I have used all type of interior smell good products (i.e. fabreeze), but none of them work. Looks like I am going to have to get the seats steam cleaned or something. I leave my windows open all the time and over time the smell has lessoned to more acceptable levels, but damn. LOL
