I just got a G2X pro I'm going to start playing around with. Nothing too sophisticated but fun.

If you want a little more rear down try putting a 1/4-1/2" gurney flap (wickerbill) on the rear wing. That will probably make a bigger difference than WRC wing.
I have a string pot on the front and the back, it logs on logworks which has the ecuflash inputs too. So I can log tps, speed, g forces, rpm maybe a brake pedal input would be nice.

i still not see the $11k value.
c-west , seibon etc. makes GT wings with carbon fiber or full carbon fiber, those used in the circuit races. Not one of them cost more then $2500.
i don't know maybe just me but $11k for a wing is like getting a $500 hair cut for a guy.
Too much for me.
but i would pay around $1500 for it.

the cost would be under $1000 for it if they go ahead and produce them
thanks

i think it looks cool even though i'm not a wing fan. i would like to see one on a street car. maybe then people would think my car looks like a shopping cart instead of a park bench carier. some one asked earlier can you open your trunk with this wing installed. i would like to know also thanks.

Unless you've worked on a project like this you probably won't understand. It's not as easy or cheap as taking an existing piece and making a copy of it. By the time you figure in the R&D and mold and only break those costs up over say maybe 15 pieces instead of 5,000 like Seibon you get up there pretty quick.

small experimental planes or small helicopters or Gyrocopters or gyroplanes , seats one or two person ,cost less then $11k... and they have a functional wing so you telling me its harder to make one carbon double wing then a complex airplane?

everything is cost money i do understand that, but probably you don't get it the $11k is just over shooting.
SO you make one piece finally and cost a lots of money to make the first one. Allright.
but you want your money back after you sell the first piece?

Ok first off a small helicopter comeon. You want to compare prices. Where going to do some adding.

This is just a ex. Do not qoute me on this

Small Helicopter -$10,000

Flying Lic- $2000-8000 Plus you have to a certin amount of flying time.

Fuel-$100-1200 this is everytime out

To maintain a small aircraft $500.

Somewhere to keep your small chopper. $40,000 a year in a small hanger may i add.

this wing will cost you less then a damn chopper.

This is not some jdm piece like for say hks carbon fiber hood that after awhile the sun will get to it and it will burn and crack the clear coat and you have to buy another one.

VS this piece which is made to withstand the highest of temps and pressure. You can make a copy but it will not be as strong and well made. This wing took mitsu and the euro company a min. of 1-3 years to make this piece to get it right. Plus this is made to work with the aerodynamics of that WRC car therfore it would not do well on any other car but that one. Unless you match the aerodynamics of that car or come close.

That's because it is not really an Evo chassis it is a Cedia.
