The car belonged to a 23 year old girl. Her ex and his father owned a shop and supposedly never drove the car without her in it. I doubt she driven it hard and she mentioned it was mainly highway. I asked her how the drivetrain is holding up and she said she has no idea what that is lol. She mentioned that her ex did all maintenance and is 100% stock.

I'm assuming you are looking at the White MR listed on ebay right now from the dealership in Chicago? If so, I would take the above story with a serious grain of salt (actually, I would regardless).
Personally, I would shop around more. There are 06 MRs going for $27k with around 10-15k miles on them.
