Just a minute while I put on my flame suite. OK, all zipped up.

How about painting your wheels white? I have yet to see anyone do this, but I think white stock wheels on a white EVO would look hot!

i painted mine with krylon ultra flat black, you can get it a walmart for about $3 a can. the ultra flat drys in about 12 minutes, it says it on the can. when it drys it has crinkle coat to it. cost me less than $20 to do them

I painted my winter wheels using duplicolor wheel paint and a few layers of clear coat. Worked OK, but it does chip very easily.

I say paint them flat black. Worst what could happen you don't like it and you could paint them again.

So, no one cared for my idea of white wheels on a white EVO...hmmmmm!

Well, I could not find a pic of a white EVO with white wheels, but I did find a pic of a white STi with white wheels. HOT!, IMNSHO! See attachment.

OK, so, regarding black wheels, is it flat, satin, or gloss FTW?

If I recall correctly, all wheels I've seen that have come painted from the wheel manufacturer have been a gloss finish. Has anyone seen an EVO with gloss black wheels? Most seem to go with flat, which I think makes it look more like the 4-spares look. I think gloss black stock wheels would catch more light, show up a lot better, be easier to keep clean, and look much sharper! What do you think?
