Weird issue- possibly plugs

Sounds like spark blow out, just find it hard to believe with those mods and boost level. Maybe the spark plug wires are on the way out.

I agree a bit unusual but with the walbro 255 installed and not being tuned for it probably didn't help

he's probably in the high 9's AFR right now.

I would look at your injectors aswell. I had the same prob and my injectors were plugged. (with a red substance)
