So is your evo the fastest in the country? Cuz some other kid is claiming that on the site.

 

The Fastest Evo in the country (and possibly world) is the AMS Evo 2 at 9.774.

Al is listed as the fastest Evo 8 right now.

I am sure there are faster EVO's in the world than Al's EVO8 and even AMS's EVO2 but not in the USA, I'd expect. Most other countries aren't as fond of the 8 since it's heavier. Most go for the 6~6.5.

 

There is an Evo II or III in New Zealand that ran 9.5 apparently.

An Evo I in Jamaica ran 9.8xx at 147 mph (higher mph than the AMS Evo).

Anyway, we all welcomed Al in the MLR. But somehow things got sour, especially after Al started to post things like "US is the strongest country in the world, show respect!" and similar crap. Now, and I might be risking having a tomahawk coming my way, but I have to say that when you come to a forum abroad maybe its wiser to be a bit modest, and not just jump all over the place and claim immediately that you have the fastest evo in the world, and you know it all and all the rest of the world knows ****! (like Al did more or less).

 

Cool. If they can be verified, I would like to get them posted up here. I only know the times of cars reported to me though, so please send any valid submissions you have. I would like to get times from around the world too, though I know that drag racing is not as abundant as in the US.

How much for extreme lift cams? Ive looked into the cams but I was looking into their cam timer? Whats the deal with that? How does it work?

 

The 272 cams showed big gains on the dyno today - mostly after 6,000 but no loss in spool up

As for your "individuals" from abroad who don't believe my dyno claims - All I can suggest is that if you don't believe me - you are cetainly entitled to your opinion - after ALL the USA is a free country and here you can say what every you want cause we have freedom of speach

When you see the crazy numbers my car is going to unleash at the track this weekend you will understand that my claims are for real

I am the fastest of all Evo Viii's - - you may have a slower older evo - but its not an evo viii so you can't be faster than me !
