I just dont get it, knock on wood but my car is loud as sin (3" tbe with test pipe, no rezzy). I drive by local police, state police, NY state troopers, NYPD in the various boroughs, campus police at two different colleges and not a single pull over. The one time i got pulled over for my exhaust the cop just pulled up next to me to let me know he saw something spark and scrape under the car and to compliment how nice the car is. A state trooper was telling me how he loved my car and he wanted to show me his hb civic !

 

i disagree if its 3" and he really has no resonators at all like say the greddy Ti then he wouldnt benefit from it that much at all, and since what he has is illegal anyway i see no benefit in paying for a cutout then have it installed and wired to do almost nothing

 

yeah that was what i was thinking that it wasnt worth the trouble since the gain woudnt be that much
