whats going on?
so this has happen to me twice already now i need some of your guys intelligence to determine what it is. So here's the problem lets say im pushing the car and i got above 100MPH when i press the clutch down to put it in netural when the RPM's drop all the way to normal the engine oil light will blink as if the car was about to stall. Anyone know what this mite be?
no its on a closed road of course but yea it only happens about 100mph and it blinks once and thats it, it's like when you are about to stall the oil like blinks really quick then goes away

All I can think of would be oil pressure Switch, but I can't come to any conclusion on why it would only happen at those speeds. The Part is cheep and simple to replace try that first.
thanks for the advice i mean the cars still a baby too 6600 miles on it i don't know if it makes a difference but offtopic really quick that dyno sheet is just off of those mods?
Remember that sheet is uncorrected. I mean If I had to guess which doesn't realy count I actualy got somewhere between 320-330 WHP. I haven't ran at the track yet.
The car only does this at 100mph, thats verry odd. Complain that the oil light blinks sometimes to the dealer if your car is stock. They'll hold it for a while then just breakdown and replace the switch under warranty even if they can't prove its broken. I mean I am a mechanic and If someone came to me with the Blinking oil light symptom and I test the car and can't find a problem I would condem the switch. its the most likely to fail and its a cheep quick and easy fix.
