DONT DEAL WITH o6RSEvo (Mike is a SCAMMER)
I've told numerous members that i would paypal them when we didn't have exact change and oweing someone money would always hang over me. I don't know how some people can be so indifferent and ****ed up
Well If he gave you his word and still hasnt paid the rest he is a dick. On the other hand, I would only do* a delayed payment procedure with a close friend or someone who lives nearby me. thumbs down for him, and half a thumb down for you

That definately stinks. People suck! You can look at it this way though. It cost you $175 to learn a lesson. It could have been much worse. I used to be a landlord and my first life lesson cost me thousands. It just doesn't pay to trust people that you don't know. This will stick with you and it won't happen again, correct?
I feel the SAME way you do, It is on my mind to pay my balance in full 24/7 before I get a chance to paypal the $$$. I just hate owing people money. I cant beleive some people can just steal your money like nothing.

The problem is that it's a "he said, she said" thing without any written confirmation of what happened. The cops, the court, nobody will be able to determine whether he still owes you money or not. You say that you gave him the part without him paying. He will probably say that he paid for the part when you gave it to him. Who's account of what happened is going to be believed?
If you ever give someone something "on credit", at least make sure that you write the deal and how much he still owes you out on paper, stating that he owes it to you until you sign that its been paid, he signs the paperwork, and lists his full contact information, like his driver's license number info, name, address and phone. Then if you need to get some help collecting some money that is still due, you have the proof you need to avoid exactly this issue.
