So, well since I will most likely be doing a turbo upgrade, the engine portion doesn not matter....and the MIVEC is not going to be a deciding factor since I can still make plenty of power on the non-MIVEC engines.

I plan to use this car mainly for auto-x/road race so the handling features really are most important. Now the question is should I get an 03-04 EVO and just upgrade the front LSD myself, or get an 05 which comes with a front LSD and ACD. Can anyone give some feedback on the differences between an stock 05 evo VS an 03 EVO with upgraded front LSD?

Also, I have read the FAQ on ACD, and I understand how it works, but is it really neccessary on the track?

Do most guys even with 05's upgrade all three LSDs for track, or are the stock units fine? I know the rear is a true 1.5 way clutch type, so it should be fine. But what about the other two? How is the durability on these?

No love for the 03's? Some of the fastest ones are the 03's even some in the 8's
