The stock 9 turbo is going to run out of air on a stroker....

Go for an FP green, or the 20G....the 20g would be bad ***. There are several on the board, check it out.

50 trim and 2.3 is a pretty kickass setup. Stock-like response and spool, I've seen 400/400 on a LOW Mustang Dyno @ 22 psi on 93 only. AEM EMS, 2.3, 50 trim, done.

You will be fine until you upgrade turbo's.
It will be very torquey and fun to drive in traffic!
But as far as power is concerned it will just come on much sooner and loose top end right before 7200 rpm. At least the peak number will reflect that on a dyno. it will still make very good power.

This is what I will have. My stroker is being built by AMS and been tryin to figure out if I should upgrade to a 35R at the same time or just leave the VIII turbo on. I know what my wallet says.

I might save some in labor if I do the 35r now but....

good autox and street setup.... i wouldnt plan on drag racing... not going to have much power after 6k.....

which means after 100mph in 4th youll have no power.... which means you have to shift to 5th which will hurt you equally...

Cheers!

correct and the FP isnt big enough for a 2.3 minimum to be used is a 50 trim....

sure it may flow the same and make close to the same peak power... but the power band is different and doesnt make as much power at the higher rpms

No it's not. The FP Green uses a custom made compressor wheel. The only reason it was ever termed 20g-LT is that in his initial prototypes Buschur used a 20g compressor wheel. When the 20g compressor was replaced with the 5-blade FP compressor the 20g name stuck around.
