How much boost are u running? It's really only meant for High-boost applications where the stock bov can't really hold

Indeed and is also not meant for a car running MAF. You know that entire VTA thing.

Tial has different springs for the bov. Get a softer one.

yes softer will help. my buddy has one like it and he just cant fluff the gas pedal while cruising. just floor it almost to accerlerate and let off. he got used to it but i would just not go for a big BOV until big boost came around. especially if i were daily drving it..............

I did some research and I have the -11psi uncolored spring that came with the tial.. I didn't realize that they made different springs... which spring is the "soft" one? they have like 6 different ones..

and btw .. with my new setup.. I am running the MAF Translator Gen1 and GM 3" MAF. so I know all about the issues with VTA on an EVO... I am going to be running 25psi.. just installed some ARP head studs...

under light load with a stiff spring the BOV will flutter a bit, over 11 psi it should blow off clean, if it isn't then you may have a really stiff spring in there.

This is a totally FALSE comment

the spring you have is probably too stiff for the vacuum you are pulling at idle

this is how it's supposed to react
