PLEASE HELP!!! I need a base map in order to drive my car to get it tuned. The following is done to the car
AMS 2.3L Stroker kit
GT35R Turbo
RC 1000cc Injectors
HKS 272 Cams
Aeromotive FPR
Crower Springs and Retainers
HKS 3" Turbo back, no cat

Who's tuning your car? They should be able to email you a basemap to get you to them.

 

That's an extremely dangerous thing to do - install all those crazy mods and not even have a base map ready??? Do NOT ask random people in Evo General - get it from your tuner and remember that you have to give THEM your ROM first so they can modify it.

 

hahaha all those parts and you didnt get any common sense. Maybe its in customs?

a lot of tuners are unwilling to send a basemap. I remember I tried to get several of them to do it and they simply wouldnt. I ended up towing my car to the tuner. Which isnt bad. Probably the safest thing to do. But I do understand where your coming from. Want to get it running to see if you have any problems that need to be taken care of before you get to the Tuner.

 

No one in there right mind would send you a base map. If you dont have any trust in your local tunner find one that you do.

if you have been working with a tuner they should be willing to help you out...and if not time for someone new

 

A base map for what management system??? The AEM EMS???
