some night i had tonight .....

well everything began good this afternoon, i went to pick up my lady friend, then we headed over to a buddies house had a drink and bull****ed for a bit, after that went to another friends and did the same thing. anyways after everyone met up we were all suposed to meet up for a friends birthday at the cheesecake factory restaurant here in ft lauderdale florida. if any of you know where im talking about you know its hard to find a parking spot on los olas blvd. i happened to find one behind a building about a block away not even. anyways as we got there to the restaurant we checked the menu and everything was horribly overpriced, the food was so so and the service just plan sucked. after that this is where the night just about became a nightmare after waiting just about 30 mins or more for the check we finally paid and left, i go to the parking lot and i see all of a sudden alota cars that were parked there were no longer. including MY EVO!!!! i literally freaked out thinking someone stole it my date was upset as well, finally we see a small sign in the cut which reads tow away zone. after called up i found out i would have to pay 125 dollars to get it out, at this point i was steaming, not only was the guy i spoke to a dick he gave horrible directions to the place as well. finally i got there i was able to bull**** him and he toke $25 dollars off the fee. i got my car back with thank god all my electronics and my chicks laptop still in the car, but now im affraid my transfer case might be ****ed up. all in all a ****y night what do you guys think about the transfer case thing? ps i also dont know if they used a flat bed which more then likely i doubt they did. i do know the car seemed to ride fine.

cliff notes: good night turns crappy my car gets towed, i lost 100 bucks to get it back and im affraid my transfer case might be messed up

Yep, if they didn't use a flatbed, then their insurance should cover it.

Lets hope they had a flat bed. I doubt they will do anything for ya if they did mess it up. Your word vs theirs, and you parked in a tow away zone. I know it sucks.

Well if your TC was f-up from the tow, you'll know it. 1 - you smell tranny fluid from inside of the car. 2 - if you have ACD then all 3 lights (Tarmac, Gravel, Snow) will be on at the same time.

Sorry about ur mishap bro.

That sux...you should have one of these just incase. Will help the cause if they tow your car against your knowledge w/ out a flatbed.

Like most said you'd know if they towed it without a flat bad...if the 2 wheels where on the ground...
1) you'd smell it
2) you'd notice it

Have mitsu inspect it just for your records, and peace of mind
