My insurance is 632 every 6 months but i put my mom name on my car bc she has better record than me.

Try AAA Insurance. The big ones like progressive, allstate, geico are going to rip you off.

There's a huge thread on this somewhere. I pay 900$ every 6 months, no traffic citations, multiple discount, ie homeowners, clean record, etc and I'm 24yrs old. It was the cheapest I could get and I checked them all.
