At 18? I'd say more than that, unless you put yourself on your parents' policy and have one of them as the primary driver of the Evo.

 

If its less then 300 a month I'm gonna be pissed.

 

I had to go under my parents (i have a clean reccord) , on my own policy it was 708 a month. Simply cracked out. When i questioned the quote, they told me to call back when im 24-25 with no offences period!! What a scam!

I got a quote from USAA for an 08 EVO X and it was $101 a month. Im 21, clean record with USAA. Thats with full coverage $300 deductible. I've had great rates with USAA

 

$97 a month.
250/500 coverage with $1000 collision deductible through state farm.

The joys of being middle aged.....lol

 

^ I still wouldn't go with a $1,000 deductible though. It's worth having your agent re-calculate your rates with a $500 deductible, which shouldn't be a big difference at your age.

 

For me its like $130 21 with 3 tickets its cheaper for me to insure an Evo than my integra

 

about $110 a month for me through wawanesa, full coverage, 32 , clean record.

 

Just got quoted $140/mo by Allstate.. full coverage $500 deduct. I'm 21 with a clean record


When I was 18 with a 2 year clean record.. lowest I was quoted was $365/mo

 

$1480 for the Year with AAA State min. and $1,000 deductible

22 years old Clean Record

@ 18 years old forget about putting a car in your name untill you about 20 unless you have money to burn.

 

How about 650 a yr. full cov. no tickets 250 deductable. I'm 50 ,but I do go through my share of tires.I don't have an EVO yet( that's next yr.).But I do drive a ralliart.

 

I am looking to purchase an Evo asap. I called "Esurance" last week and asked them the rates for an 08 MR. I am 26 years old, have a clean record, and I am highly educated (I have a Masters degree in Business). With that said, they gave me a rate of $292 a month or $1700 for 6 months with a $500 deductible. The lady said the newer the car, the higher my rate will be. She also said that because of where I live the average insurance rate is high.

I live in Philly, center city. She said, "Miami, Bronx, & Philly have the highest insurance averages in the country."

Can you recommend any other companies? Also, I am looking to purchase a 2012 MR. Thank you!
