I have a problem...

A week ago it started happening.

Basically, whenever I'm in gear.. if I accelerate more than 50% throttle, my RPM's would shoot up for a second or two with no power to the wheels. It would then come back to the RPM is it supposed to be at and shazam.. it's back to normal.

I feel like I'm driving an automatic car. Help?

Ouch. Our cars give no indication on how long it will be untill they won't move so start saving and start up the beater untill a new one is in.

 

Good chance you need a new clutch but check your clutch pedal adjustment first.

 

Guys. I dont think its a clutch. Sounds like his flux capacitor is out!

 

Everyone's got it right. It's your flux capacitor. Get that checked out! lol. Your clutch is toast and no longer holding. Time for a new one.

 

clutch....u have less than 200 miles if u granny it....good luck...so if its your only car heres what u do......work(make money for clutch)....and then home and repeat .....maximize ur miles on it...cuz it aint cheap....good luck
